Key Details of the Bihar CHO Vacancy 2024
Number of Posts: 4500
Position: Community Health Officer (CHO)
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Fixed Remuneration: ₹32,000 per month.
Performance-Based Incentive: ₹8,000 per month based on various decided health indices.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Educational Qualifications:
B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of six months integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from academic year 2020 onwards.
Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of six months integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from academic year 2020 onwards.
B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)/General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) passed candidates who have completed Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) through IGNOU/other State Public Health/Medical Universities as per the curriculum of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of India.
Note: The academic year for integration of Middle Level Health Provider (MLHP) refers to students who have undergone 4th year B.Sc. Nursing and 2nd year Post B.Sc. Nursing in the year 2019-2020 or onwards and have passed the course successfully.
Age Limit: As per the recruitment norms. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for age relaxation details.
Reservation: Reservation under various categories is as per prevailing reservation rules of the Government of Bihar.
